For all you do, below are ways you can be recognized for living 
the Fontainebleau Culture, Values and Fundamentals.

BLEAU RECOGNITION AWARDS | TEAM MEMBER | SUPERVISOR | LEADER 

NOMINATION PROCESS

  • Each Team Member, Supervisor, and Leader in each department can submit 1 nomination for an hourly Team Member, 1 nomination for a Supervisor, and 1 nomination for a salaried Leader to their Department Head. 
  • Department Heads gather and tally the nominations from their entire department and submit 1 Team Member, 1 Supervisor, and 1 Leader Nominee to Human Resources with an in-depth summary of why they were nominated by their peers. 
  • Nominated Department Leaders will need final approval from their direct report for final nomination. 

WINNER PROCESS 

  • The Executive Committee chooses 4 Team Members, 2 Supervisors, and 4 Leaders of the Period based on the nominations submitted.

RECOGNITION

  • All Leader, Supervisor, and Team Member Nominees are recognized with a nominee certificate and a formal invitation to the Awards Luncheon with the Executive Committee. 
  • The nominees are recognized at the Luncheon, and 4 Team Members, 2 Supervisors, and 4 Leaders are announced. 

AWARDS

Winners Receive:

  • 1 paid vacation day, 
  • $400 Visa gift card, and
  • Their choice of one of the following: A Spa Day, A Cabana for the Day, or dinner for two at a Signature Dining Outlet.

Annual Winners Receive:

  • $1,000 Visa gift card, and
  • $500 Fontainebleau gift card.

BIG BRAVO AWARD

The BIG Bravo is a great way to spotlight departments that live their part as a team each day.The BIG Bravo Card is a large version of the original Bravo Card and is a way for Departments to recognize other Departments. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The BIG Bravo Department proudly displays the award for one month in their department. Then, they vote as a team and award the next department on the first Monday of the upcoming month.The winning department is recognized throughout the resort.

WOW STORIES

Wow Stories are an opportunity for Team Members to be highlighted on the final page of our Daily Bleauprint for going the extra mile for a guest. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Leaders submit guest letters, emails, TripAdvisor Reviews, Yelp Reviews to the Director of Engagement and Communications for consideration. This should showcase an above and beyond service standard practice on behalf of the Team Member.
