The below candidate assessment guides must be utilized in all Face to Face Interviews, whether a candidate is selected or not selected to a position. The candidate assessment guides must also be uploaded to the Taleo candidate profile for all candidates interviewed.

INTERNAL TRANSFER PROCESS

Set the stage for your success. We care about your career, which is why we encourage internal transfers and promotions. We even post job opportunities to Fontainebleau Team Members two weeks prior to releasing the openings to external candidates.

To Apply for an Internal Transfer:

  • All Team Members are required to apply through the internal transfer website.
  • To access, click the “Internal Transfer” button on the right side of this webpage.
  • Once logged on, browse the listing of current open positions. 
  • If you are interested in one of the open positions, fill out the digital transfer application and submit. 
  • Your request will be forwarded simultaneously to Human Resources and your current Leader. 
  • Human Resources will verify that you meet the minimum requirements for the position of interest. 
  • Minimum requirements include: Union Team Members | must be employed in current position for 6 months to transfer within department and 6 months to transfer into a new department, have no written warnings on record for 6 months, meet all job requirements, have a satisfactory job performance record, and have a satisfactory attendance record. 
  • Non-Union Team Members | must be employed in current position for 6 months to transfer within department and 1 year to transfer into a new department, have no written warnings on record for 6 months, meet all job requirements, have a satisfactory job performance record, and have a satisfactory attendance record. 
  • If you do not meet the minimum requirements, the Human Resources Department will notify you directly.

RECRUIT FOR BLEAU

At Fontainebleau we know talent attracts talent, which is why we are empowering each and every Team Member to Recruit for Bleau. The incentive-based program is comprised of two tiers that reward Team Members for successfully referring talent to open job positions. 

CODEBLEAU

Codebleau is an internal alert for an open position that needs to be filled within two weeks. If your referral is hired and passes their ninety-day probationary period, you will receive a $250 MasterCard gift card. To refer a qualified candidate, contact your referral and direct them to apply online at Fontainebleau.com/careers. The candidate must list you as their referral source on their application.Once their online application is complete,complete the codebleau Referral Form and submit to Michelle Sanchez, Assistant Director of Human Resources, at msanchez@fontainebleau.com, during the specified two-week time-span.
